The hall is made of a reinforced concrete raft, under prefabricated pillars, which unload on the ground through piles. The structural system adopted is a metal beam with lattice girders that unload on the prefabricated reinforced concrete posts.
The Cluj-Napoca project is a reference initiative for the Romanian furniture industry. Built on a modern structure, the designed hall ensures efficiency and sustainability, combining sustainable materials with an optimized industrial design. Developed in collaboration with industry partners, the building supports the production of high quality furniture, benefiting from testing and prototyping facilities. Its objective is to promote innovation and competitiveness in the sector.
