Structural system:

      Foundations: made of reinforced concrete, isolated, connected with reinforced concrete foundation beams.   

      Load-bearing structure: steel columns and beams.

      Flooring: 12 cm thick reinforced concrete.

Interior partitions: The hall includes various spaces for storage (frozen storage, cold storage), assembly and service areas, as well as staff sanitary facilities. On the partial upper floor, an open-space office area has been arranged, with a usable surface of 86.16 sqm.

Exterior finishes: Isopan sandwich panels, 80 mm thick for walls and 100 mm for the roof. Sheet metal accessories and gutters are in anthracite grey and grey-white colors.

Interior finishes: Floors are made of reinforced concrete with helicopter quartz finish, while the walls are clad with corrugated sheet and sandwich panels in grey-white color.
