Technical details and dimensions
The building will have a ground floor and will be built of a metal structure, covered with glass and light sandwich panels. The foundation of the building will be a reinforced concrete slab.
Foundations: insulated, located under the metal poles, and connected by a reinforced concrete beam.
Superstructure: The structure of the building will be made of steel. The posts and beams will be made of Europrofile. The secondary structure will be made of IPE laminated profiles and the closures will be made of light sandwich panels.
Finishes and aesthetics
Materials: metallic structure with protection class C2.
External finishes: The building will benefit from perimeter sidewalks and a system of land systematization to ensure proper drainage of stormwater.
