Design of two Industrial Halls for Production, Storage and Offices - Turda, Cluj county

Project: DESIGN OF TWO MIXED-USE BUILDINGS: STORAGE SPACES, OFFICES, PRODUCTION AREAS, AND RECONSTRUCTION OF SITE ENCLOSURE

Location: Turda City, 22nd of December 1989 Street, No. 33, Cluj County

Client: S.C. STEFAN & BOGDAN PROD S.R.L.

Dimensions: storage hall + offices - 500 square meters; production hall - 200 square meters

Foundations: insulated, made of reinforced concrete, anchored with perimeter beams.

Superstructure: S355J2G3 steel frames, with rigidly anchored posts and beams. The secondary structure is made of galvanized Z-type profiles, and the elements are assembled with high-strength bolts (group 10.9).

Anti-corrosion protection: applied by sandblasting, priming and painting to C2 standards for high durability.
